A fun, high-impact aerobic & dance inspired class designed to banish those stubborn pounds, tone and strengthen the core, and give you that all-important post-workout high without the worry of creche or childcare.

Overview

We’ll take you on a fitness journey with a 15/15/15 approach – 15 minutes each of heart-pumping aerobics & dance, 15 minutes of toning beautiful mummy curves, and 15 minutes of stretching and core work.

Share this enjoyable class with your baby – either resting in your car seat/carrier or playing with their baby friends on our comfy cushions/duvets with toys. Baby crawlers welcome, but no walkers please.

Before participating in this class, please complete our ParQ Medical form so our instructors can adapt your work out around any illness or injuries.
