Here at Busylizzy, we continue to monitor the worldwide events associated with the outbreak of Coronavirus. Health, safety and wellbeing for our members is our number one priority, so we have put a Q&A together to give you some reassurance during this time of uncertainty.

Q: What are you doing to ensure Covid-19 safety at the moment?

A: All our classes are fully risk-assessed against Covid-19 risk factors and follow all relevant guidelines. We adhere to social distancing during classes, ask members and instructors to wear masks where appropriate, provide hand sanitiser wherever possible and only use Covid-secure venues and outdoor spaces.

Q: Are your venues and equipment kept clean?

A: We work hard to ensure our classes and equipment are clean and safe for you and your family. In addition to daily and weekly cleaning and sanitisation, we have implemented new cleaning procedures and want to reassure you that we are being even more diligent about keeping our classes germ-free. It’s important to us that you always feel safe and comfortable. If you think something needs to be wiped down again, just ask and we’ll happily re-clean!

Q: I’m feeling under the weather – can I still attend? 

A: If you are feeling unwell, are showing any signs of COVID-19, or have recently returned from a country on the current quarantine list, please do not attend classes and follow the latest Government guidelines on isolating and getting yourself tested, where appropriate. Monthly credits roll over and can be used another day.

Q: If I am unable to attend, will I get my money back?

A: At Busylizzy we pride ourselves on our amazing flexibility.  Classes can be booked up to 30 mins before they start and cancelled without penalty 2 hours beforehand using our handy online booking system and App. Plus any unused class credits roll over and accumulate throughout the duration of your monthly membership, so if you are unable to attend for a week or two, you can catch up anytime.  All our local memberships come with our fantastic online service, ‘Busylizzy Live’, included! This is a great way to take part in our classes, talks and events from the comfort of your own home if you can’t make it in person.

Q: I’ve booked onto one of your events. Will this still go ahead?

A: Yes! All published events will continue as planned unless you hear from us in the interim.
